BACKGROUND

BRAC Liberia was established in 2008 and operates social development programmes in Agriculture, Food Security and Livelihood, Education, Ultra-Poor Graduation, Youth Empowerment, Health, and Microfinance. We work in 12 out of 15 counties of Liberia to support the underprivileged. We drive large-scale transformation by empowering women and their families to overcome poverty, build resilience, and foster resourcefulness. Our cost-effective, evidence-based programmes integrate social development—working across health, education, food security, and livelihoods—with market-based solutions in partnership with local communities. Alongside social development, we also work on widening the net of financial inclusion. We strive to responsibly provide financial services to people at the bottom of the pyramid. Our mission is to give people excluded from the mainstream banking system access to finance.

Fifty-five (55) branches have been established in 18 districts of the country.

TENDER INSTRUCTIONS

The Tender documents will be collected from the BRAC Liberia Country Office on 16th Street, Gardner Avenue, Sinkor Beachside, Monrovia, Liberia. From Monday, March 03, 2025, to March 14, 2025, it will be available on the following dates and times. Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.

TENDER SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Tenders must be submitted to the BRAC Liberia Country Office or to the email ID bidsubmission.liberia@brac.net on or before Friday, March 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Late Tenders, those not in sealed or incomplete envelopes, will be rejected. BRAC Liberia will take no responsibility for Tenders not received directly due to any mentioned condition or situation. The Technical Proposal envelope will only be opened at the public tender opening, which is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Monday, March 17, 2025. The opening of the financial proposal envelope shall follow after the technical evaluation process and verification are complete. Only bids that pass the administrative criteria and technical evaluation will be opened at the opening of the financial proposal.

BRAC Liberia shall open the tenders, including submission, Modification and Withdrawal of Tenders, in accordance with BRAC Liberia procurement procedures.
