1. Purpose
This Addendum is issued by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) to amend and clarify specific requirements within the original Request for Proposals (RFP) document cited above. This amendment is critical and requires immediate action and compliance from all prospective Bidders.
The purpose of this Addendum is to correct an administrative error concerning the placement of a key document within the three-envelope submission structure.
2. Critical Amendment to Submission Requirement

The original RFP document incorrectly stipulated that the Letter of Commitment, Annex 5 (which, by its nature, contains or references the total financial proposal amount) was to be included in Envelope No1. This instruction is corrected below to uphold the principle of segregating technical and financial proposals.
The following instruction officially amends and supersedes the original text in the RFP:

3. Compliance Warning
Bidders are strictly required to ensure that Envelope No.1 is completely free of any financial information, including the now-relocated Letter of Commitment (Annex 5).
Failure to adhere to this corrected instruction—specifically, the inclusion of the Letter of Commitment or any other pricing detail in the Eligibility/Technical Envelope—will result in the automatic rejection (disqualification) of the proposal.
4. Extension of Submission Deadline
To ensure all potential Bidders have adequate time to receive, acknowledge, and comply with this critical amendment and restructure their submission envelopes, the deadline for the submission of proposals is formally extended.

5. Acknowledgment
