Mission of the Organization
Our mission is to empower individuals, groups, and organizations through innovative capacity-building initiatives. We strive to implement sustainable community development services, cutting-edge research, robust monitoring, and evaluation that promote continuous learning.
Objectives of the Organization
The general activities to be transacted by the institution shall include any lawful act or activities for which a Not-For-Profit Organization operating under the Association Law of the Republic of Liberia is authorized to engage in:
2.4.1 Improving the livelihood of individuals and groups to secure dignified living for all.
2.4.2 Stimulating economic growth and increasing access to social opportunities.
To achieve the above two broader objectives, this organization shall lawfully engage in, but not limited to:
2.4.3Capacity Building, research, advocacy, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
2.4.4 Improve small-medium size enterprises, farmer groups and cooperatives, group saving and loan associations access to finance and business development services and service providers, etc.
2.4.6Engage and improve leadership, marketing skills, and support functions of small-medium size enterprises, farmer groups and cooperatives, and group saving and loan associations.
2.4.7Engage and provide civic education, and improve parents, teachers, and students’ involvement and participation in school management.
2.4.8Engage and improve teachers’ teaching capacity and support functions.
2.4.9Engage and increase sponsorship for needed students.
2.4.10Engage and improve student leadership capacity and support functions.
2.4.11Engage and improve individual’s civic knowledge and sense of critical electoral issues and events.
2.4.12Engage in community development services and projects.
2.4.13To engage and increase access to safe drinking water and affordable latrine facilities for individuals and communities in need.
2.4.14Engage and increase community health services delivery and awareness among individuals with no or limited access or knowledge.
2.4.15Operate as NGO/CSO in the promotion of Health, Civic Education, Environmental, Governance, Rights, Rules of Law, and Justice awareness, etc.
2.4.16Engage in any lawful acts or activities for which NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization and or CSO may organize under the act adopting the new Association law of the Republic of Liberia, approved May 19, 1976, and published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia on January 3, 1977.
