Mercy Corps Liberia is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to provide services for the above-listed tenders for a period of one (1) year. The project is located in Monrovia, Liberia.

If your company is interested in participating, you are required to complete and submit an Intent to Bid Form in accordance with the instructions below.

2. Complete and Submit the Form

o Fill in the Intent to Bid Form based on the tender(s) of interest. o Submit the completed form via email to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org Include the tender reference number in the email subject line.

3. Submission Deadline

All completed Intent to Bid Forms must be received by Friday, October 31, 2025, no later than 4:30 PM Liberia time.

Next Steps

After the closing date, only suppliers who have submitted an Intent to Bid Form will receive the Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, based on the category they expressed interest in. These documents will be shared according to the preference indicated in the Intent to Bid Form.
