I. The Foundation
The Foundation is a not-for-profit and nongovernmental organization with a mandate to provide sustainable
development models that enable rural communities’ use their natural, human, social asserts to reduce poverty and
diseases and become self-reliant, have increased access to basic health, educational and social services for improved

II. Specific Duties/Assignments:
The general services required to be performed by the employee includes:
1. Plan and coordinate the administrative and program activities of the organization and report to the Chief
Executive Officer;
2. Open line of communication with partners and government agencies; attends and reports on NGO and
government coordination meetings;
3. Lead and ensure effective and efficient administrative documentation system , ensuring both manual and
electronic documentation system are in place and the proper utilization of the system, and
4. Assist in coordinating fund raising which includes proposal writing and local fund raising campaign, and
5. Perform any other functions as may be directed by the employer
IV: Qualification and experience:
Master’s degree or its equivalent. A technical writing skill is highly required. Age range of 30-40 years; High level of
experience in computer soft ware operation which includes, excel, word, Power point and access (quick Book is an
advantage); Ability to build workable team and experience in managing expectation of staff; Fluent in spoken and
written English, good human relations, resourceful and willing to take lead.
