Talwa HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a Liberian Fast Food Restaurant.

Position: Assistant General Manager

 

Responsibilities:

The AGM shall be responsible for the overall performance of the business which shall include but not limited to people’s Management, marketing, customer service quality, financial management and other basic administrative duties.

 

S/he shall report to the CEO and will be an integral part of the Management team.

 

The position requires a minimum of bachelor degree and at least 2 years relevant experience.

 

The applicant must be a self-starter, innovative, able to use MS Office suit efficiently. S/he must be able to do work planning, report writing and basic knowledge of financial management with focus on budgeting and procedures.

 

S/he must be able to make sound and timely decisions relating to people’s Management, business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
