POSITION : B2B Debt Coordinator

REPORTING TO : Corporate Sales Manager

DEPARTMENT : Corporate Sales – B2B

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Coordinate with the Finance APA supervisor to follow-up on balances of all B2B clients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

More specifically the role will include:

  • Debt Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outstanding debts from corporate clients, both old and current, in a systematic and organized manner.
  • Communication: Initiate and maintain effective communication with corporate clients Financial Team to facilitate the collection process. This includes sending reminders, notices, and other relevant correspondence.
  • Negotiation: Work closely with clients to negotiate and establish suitable payment arrangements. Collaborate with internal teams to find mutually beneficial solutions for debt resolution.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to debt collection efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status of debt collections, providing insights into outstanding balances, successful resolutions, and any potential risks.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor in Finance, Economics, or related field. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­

Experience: Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant is required.
