REPORTING TO : Marketing Manager B2B
DEPARTMENT : Marketing Department B2B

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary responsibility of the B2B Marketing Product Manager is to analyze the needs of the B2B market, Implement the annual B2B marketing plan in accordance with the strategic directions and objectives defined by management.
Anticipate its evolution and propose the catalog and tailor-made offers developments necessary to maintain OLIB competitiveness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main Missions
• Analyze the needs of the B2B market, anticipate its evolution, and propose the catalog and tailor-made offers developments necessary to maintain OLIB competitiveness.
• Ensure the implementation of the marketing plan, and ensure the implementation of marketing actions within the framework of the strategic directions defined by the Business Department.
• Support the Orange Business management in the deployment of the D2D program and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor the evolution of the offers on the defined markets, analyze their performance, and propose corrective measures.

Technical activities
• Implement the annual B2B marketing plan in accordance with the strategic directions and objectives defined by management.
• Develop market and customer knowledge through segmentation and systematic analysis of marketing intelligence data.
• Analyze the competition in order to identify in advance the opportunities and threats for the development of our market share and value.
• Implement strategic projects to ensure the maintenance of the company’s leadership: recruitment programs, loyalty programs, and structuring projects.
• Ensure the competitiveness and enrichment of catalog offers and propose evolutions adapted to maintain their attractiveness.
• Ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of tailor-made offers in the context of calls for tenders.
• Carry out the opportunity studies for launching offers: develop offer concepts, determine the potential of the market, analyze pricing, and develop the business plan.
• Offer a segmented offer catalog and suitable customer journeys.
• Provide tools to monitor and analyze the activity in its market, monitor and analyze the performance of the offers for which it is responsible (qualitative and quantitative reporting, dashboards) and propose corrective measures.
• Ensure profitability of offerings, products, and services, analyze variances with P&L, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop an approach that is part of the policy of quality, loyalty, and improvement of the customer relationship.

Administrative/ Organizational Activities
• Develop various monitoring dashboards for marketing projects.
• Record in writing all operating procedures to be implemented to carry out its mission in the best conditions.
• Disseminate the various forecast plans for the launch of new services, formulas, rates, and promotions to other directorates as well as recruitment objectives.

Coaching/ Communication Activities
• Create and maintain a work environment that optimizes performance.
• Report on current activity based on its objectives.
• Provide upward, downward, and lateral information.
• Conduct workforce assessments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

Experience:
• Four to five years experience in Marketing or Business Management,
• Worked in previous marketing experience in a service company or study firm of at least two years.
• Experience in Marketing with technical knowledge in management.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of OLIB products and services
• Knowledge of the telecom and IT environment in Liberia and competition
• Knowledge of the global and sector organization of the B2B market
