Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bachelor of Business Administration Faculty member located in Monrovia. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Business Administration, developing course materials, advising students, conducting research, participating in faculty meetings, and engaging in professional development activities. Additionally, the faculty member will contribute to curriculum development and accreditation processes.
Qualifications
•Strong background in Business Administration and Business Management
•Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance
•Excellent Communication skills
•Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
•Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred
•Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
