Are you called to invest your life in discipling boys and helping raise the next generation of godly men?
Hope 4 Liberia is seeking a faithful, mature Christian man to serve as Boy’s Home Manager and Child Sponsorship Coordinator. This role requires a 6-day-a-week, live-in commitment and is centered on daily care, spiritual leadership, mentorship, and structure within the boys’ home.
This is not a shift job.
This islife-on-life ministry.
About the Role
The Boy’s Home Manager provides a stable, Christ-centered home environment where boys feel safe, loved, disciplined, and spiritually guided. You will walk with them daily—teaching responsibility, modeling Christlike character, and helping them grow into healthy, mature Christian men.
You will also help steward meaningful relationships between the boys and their child sponsors.
🏠 Key Responsibilities
Daily Care & Home Life
Provide consistent, nurturing supervision
Maintain a clean, orderly home and teach life skills
Oversee hygiene routines, meals, and daily structure
Cook breakfast for the boys daily
Plan and lead 3 hours of organized activities for all children every Saturday
Spiritual Leadership
Lead morning and evening devotions
Guide Bible reading, prayer, and personal discipleship
Prepare boys for Sunday church
Mentorship & Discipline
Model godly masculinity and integrity
Use non-physical, biblically grounded discipline
Build character through consistency and love
Safety & Boundaries
Maintain strict child-protection boundaries
Monitor interactions to ensure safety and appropriateness
Child Sponsorship Coordination
Work closely with the U.S. sponsorship team
Assist boys with letters and updates
Submit weekly reports and sponsorship communication
Now Hiring: Assistant Boys’ Caregiver
& Saturday Evangelistic Training Coordinator
Hope 4 Liberia Orphan Aid Ministry is seeking a born-again Christian man with a heart for children and a passion for ministry to serve as an Assistant Boys’ Caregiver & Saturday Evangelistic Training Coordinator at our orphanage in Careysburg, Liberia.
This role is both relational and ministry-focused. The Assistant Boys’ Caregiver works alongside the Boys’ Home Manager to help provide a loving, structured, and Christ-honoring home for the boys living at Hope 4 Liberia. Responsibilities include mentoring the boys, helping guide daily routines, encouraging spiritual growth, and modeling godly character.
In addition, this position leads our Saturday Evangelistic Training Program, where all the children on the compound are trained to use their gifts to share the Gospel.
The program includes activities such as:
Leading children in Christian songs and choir
Drama and puppet ministry
Scripture memory and Bible storytelling
Sports and teamwork activities
Life-skills and character development
We are looking for someone who enjoys singing and leading children in music, and who can help develop a joyful, Christ-centered ministry environment where children learn to confidently share their faith.
The Saturday training program runs each week from:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
This is a part-time live-in position with a compressed schedule:
Friday 8:00 AM – Monday 4:00 PM
