The Job:

The Company is seeking employment at LIBINC Oil Palm (Palm Bay), District #4, Grand Bassa County for Field Overseer

Requirements:

  • Citizenship: Liberians.
  • Education and Professional Qualifications: University Graduate with Bachelor’s degree minimum in any discipline.
  • Essential abilities: Proficient in MS Office applications. Good with computer knowledge.
  • Essential Experience: Fresh graduate 2025/2026 are most needed with zero experience. Candidate will be trained
  • Advantage for individuals with interest of working in the outdoors and in the oil palm estate environment

Responsibilities:

  • A. Daily Bulking Operations
  • Supervise daily operations at the CPO and CPKO Bulking Installation.
  • Coordinate and monitor the receiving, storage and dispatch of CPO/CPKO.
  • Monitor product transfer from tankers to storage tanks and from storage tanks to tankers/vessels.
  • The Bulking Overseer is responsible for monitoring tank farm activities, tanker movements, weighing operations, product transfers, stock movements, housekeeping, security coordination and operational documentation. The position shall ensure that all activities comply with company SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure correct tank selection, product identification and transfer line-up before commencing transfer operations.
  • Monitor tank levels, temperature, product condition and available storage capacity.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of valves during product transfer.
  • Monitor pumps, pipelines, loading arms, hoses and associated equipment for abnormal conditions or leakage.
  • Report equipment breakdowns, leaks, spillage or abnormal operating conditions immediately.
