We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with government institutions, NGOs, corporations, and private organizations. The role will focus on promoting the hotel’s conference facilities, catering services, accommodation, and event offerings, while strengthening brand visibility, attracting high-value clients, and building long-term relationships that support the hotel’s strategic objectives.

Job Description
- Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, corporations, and private organizations.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting the hotel’s accommodation, conference facilities, catering, and event services.
- Source and convert leads into confirmed bookings and long-term clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts; negotiate and close business deals.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, industry forums, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Promote the hotel as a preferred venue for conferences, meetings, and special events.
- Coordinate with operations, events, and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and track competitor activity.
- Maintain an active client pipeline and accurate records using CRM and reporting tools.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Proven ability to generate revenue and secure partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
