Our client business is rapidly growing in Liberia and is currently expanding in counties including Bong, Nimba, Montserrado, etc. Our Client is seeking qualified individuals to submit application for the following position:

JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for the Company’s commercial growth. The BDM manages a sales team and is responsible for developing and applying an effective sales strategy for all areas within the Company’s footprint.

JOB REQUIREMENT / SPECIFICATION
∙ Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or finance (masters’ degree is an added advantage)
∙ 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field ∙ Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services
∙ Effective team player and able to work independently.
∙ Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∙ Good written and oral communication skills
∙ Must be confident, well-spoken, and possess the knowledge and ability to independently prepare management and board reports.
∙ Must be willing to travel to various counties across the Company’s footprint.
