Business Development Officer Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer will support market research and analysis to guide the development of customer-focused digital financial products and services, particularly for women and youth. The role involves driving innovation by identifying and leveraging technology to overcome barriers such as access, usage, digital literacy, and security. Working closely with internal teams, the officer will contribute to designing solutions that enhance financial inclusion and improve customer engagement across BRAC’s target markets. Experience:
At least experience in implementing business development initiatives, with the ability to build and maintain trust among stakeholders. Knowledge of international standards and proven ability to apply best practices in business development.
