VACANCY FOR THE POSITION OF A BUSINESS TRAINER/COACH
Mineke Foundation (MF) was founded in 2009 by Tonia Dabwe to continue the work of her Liberian father and Dutch mother in Liberia. Tonia’s mother – Mineke – went missing during the Liberian civil war. Mineke Foundation provides business training and skills training for women and youth, digital skills training and social-educational clubs for children, youth and women. Our core philosophy is that people are responsible for their own lives. Mineke Foundation is a fully accredited Liberian NGO and vocational training center.

Our volunteers regularly join our team in Liberia to provide capacity development, knowledge exchange and additional project support.
Mineke Foundation is looking for a BUSINESS TRAINER/COACH to support the development of our entrepreneurship program focusing on women and youth. The Business Trainer will work under the daily supervision of and report to the Women’s Club Project Lead. The Business Trainer will, like all other MF staff, fall under the overall management of the Team Coordinator of Mineke Foundation.

Note: This is a 6-months contract, starting June 2025. The contract will be extended depending on satisfactory performance of the business trainer/coach.
When the contract is extended, the business trainer/coach will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with potential partners working on issues relating to entrepreneurship and microfinance.
Qualification
Interested candidates should obtain a minimum of Diploma in Business Management, Banking and Finance or related field with at least two (2) years of working experience in the financial/business sector. Other documents, diplomas will be an added advantage.
