POSITION : Civil Work Site Supervisor
REPORTING TO : Civil Work Supervisor

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The role will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the telco construction project, including planning, scheduling, and execution, manage and track project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
More specifically the role will include:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the telco construction project, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise and manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring their performance are in compliance and with Company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards that meets company’s safety protocols and procedures
- Manage orders and deliveries of materials as part of civil works. (ex. tower, fence etc.)
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and tools on site. (ex. safety harness, testers etc.)
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Prepare and submit site reports and other records.
- Responsible for validating site survey, site kick- off or pre- construction, site turn over (such as civil works & tower) and other documents.
- Attend management meetings.
- Organize work schedules and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- With experience of supervision in telecom construction industry specifically building towers or related to construction at least 1 to 2 years.
- Computer literate or knowledgeable in MS office (word, excel, power point) and with ability to learn custom software.
- Knowledgeable to review and assess soil test, structural and other reports regarding on technical matters.

- knowledge in civil works, tower erection, and site validation.
- Understanding of occupational health and safety practices in construction environments
- Prioritization and scheduling to meet tight project deadlines.
- Clear reporting, stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on service delivery.
- Demonstration of the highest level of integrity, trust and information confidentiality
- High ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
