Commercial Manager Job Description
Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of the company. His/her duties include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners to generate revenue. supporting company requirements, and develop forecasts and budgets as required.
Duties & Responsibilities for this position include:
Be recognized as an authority and thought leader and contribute to the development and adoption of innovative principles and practices across the company
Collaborate with marketing experts and channel partners to develop strategies identify best practices that optimize Sales through revenue generation through marketing effectiveness.
Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
Monitor local and federal regulations.
Ensure Target achievement (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)
Ensure revenue growth for the company and Assist in the development of major business project, implement strategies through effective execution on all Company’s project.
Develop and implement internal & external promotions (including advertising, promotional and public relations initiatives) in a way that enhances the achievement of business strategy for the company.
Develop, Implement and analyze competitive & commercial Strategies plans that can be tailored to account-specific doors to assist in driving revenue growth.
Manage Commercial strategic Plans with the Product Managers and Sales teams
Coordinate with Product Support team to deliver key commercial drivers over and above campaign concepts
Manage, coach and Cooperate with Product Sales Team to get maximum productivity and increase revenue growth.
Build a productive business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and Influential customers across the country.
Responsible to report on competition intelligence analysis
Review and suggest leads on Account development and prospects for business opportunities, and to identify growth opportunities with a commercial mindset
Report on all activities carried out by the Products Managers (eWallie,SchoolMaSS, ePaD) and sales/Commercial teams
Support the Product Sales Teams in planning commercial drivers in sell-in presentations, be it during regular meetings, Strategic Account meetings or as will be requires by the company.
Requirement for the position:
A bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field, 3 – 5 years of experience in sales and marketingare required. Experience in Information Technology is an asset. Management and leadership skills required, and relevant certification may be an advantage with most of this experience in Marketing and Information Technology.
Ability to develop effective relationships and operate with partners and management both within Tamma Corporation and external organizations.
Must be computer literate (knowledge of excel, Word, PowerPoint advance level)
Communications, negotiations, leadership Skills, as well as problem solving, multi-tasking. Project Management abilities and must have a good relationship with clients/stakeholders.
Ability to analyze and interpret market data; capable of identifying market research needs and commissioning appropriate project work.
Demonstrated high level of understanding of regulatory guidelines.
Efficiently and effectively work under pressure. Good understanding of written and verbal language (English) is considered an asset
