Main Duties and Responsibilities:

➢ To work with project affected communities in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of projects;

➢ Identify and record all requests from the affected communities (youths, women and elders groups) and local and government authorities;

➢ Chronologically design plans for the implementation of request and documented projects; ➢ appropriate.

➢ Liaise with local authorities, youth, women and elders’ groups and other identifiable organizations in the preparation of appropriate development plans.

➢ Study and advise company on new legislation, trends in planning and other planning activities to ensure continuing professional development and the maintenance of a full understanding of planning related legislation and practice.

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

➢ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration;

➢ At least four (4) years working experience in the private or public sectors with added advantage in the mining sectors;

➢ Solid understanding and ability to adhere to local and national guidelines and regulations; ➢ Profound ability to carry out safety analyses and stability;

➢ Ability to effectively work with professionals from other fields, including subcontractors; ➢ Excellent in the use of computer software; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and other ➢ Good communication skills, analytical skills, detail-oriented; financial, spreadsheet and/or project management software Ability to effectively monitor and drive project activities.
