Imperial 88 Construction and Consultancy is looking for a CAD Technician to join our
team on a long term full time Contract. This position is an excellent career opportunity for

a self-driven, multi-tasking, talented individual with excellent technical skills, who has
aspiration for advancement to perform the duties and responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities:
 Meets with Engineers, Draftsmen, and Designers to review blueprints and design
drawings;
 Inputs design specifications into the CAD software;
 Creates surface and solid CAD models according to client specifications;
 Works with a design team and individually on CAD projects;
 Reviews CAD models with the client and making adjustments when necessary;
 Conducts final model rendering and delivering the final product;
 Completes job reports;
 Performs other required duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Design;
 CAD Certification;
 Previous experience as a CAD Technician/advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD
software and proficiency in MS Office;
 Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawings;
 Basic understanding of building design and mechanical processes;
 Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions;
 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others;
 Ability to prepare and maintain complex reports and records;
 Organizational and time-management skills and ability to lead and inspire;
 Logical thinking skills and problem solving and analytical skills;
 Excellent diplomacy skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal
and professional relationships with diverse project team members;
 Excellent organizational and presentation skills;
 Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills in English
 Willingness to travel nationally to project sites
