BRAC Liberia is seeking the services of a qualified Consultant or Consultancy Firm to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of three separate properties located in Montserrado (Johnsonville), Margibi (Kingsville #7), and Grand Bassa (Neekreen Township Compound #2) counties. These properties include land, buildings, and machinery owned by BRAC Liberia. The evaluation will support strategic decision-making and ensure accurate documentation of asset value and condition.

  1. Objective of the Assignment

To assess and document the current market value, physical condition, and strategic potential of BRAC Liberia’s three properties in Montserrado, Margibi, and Grand Bassa counties, including:

  1. Land parcels
  2. Built structures (offices, warehouses, etc.)
  3. Installed machinery and equipment
  1. Scope of Work

The Consultant will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting site visits to all three properties
  2. Evaluating the physical condition and functionality of buildings and machinery
  3. Assessing the market value of land and built assets
  4. Reviewing legal documentation and ownership status
  5. Providing recommendations for maintenance, upgrades, or strategic use
  6. Submitting a comprehensive evaluation report with photographic evidence and valuation metrics
  1. Deliverables
  1. Inception report outlining methodology and timeline
  2. Property evaluation report for each site, including:
  • Market valuation
  • Structural and functional assessment
  • Legal and ownership verification
  • Recommendations
  • Final consolidated report submitted in both digital and hard copy formats
  1. Duration

The assignment is expected to be completed within three (3) weeks from the date of signing the Letter of Engagement.

  1. Consultant Profile

The assignment is open to both individual consultants and registered firms. The ideal candidate must:

  1. Be legally registered under the laws of the Republic of Liberia
  2. Have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in property evaluation, asset valuation, or real estate consultancy
  3. Provide a list of previous clientele and similar assignments completed
  4. Demonstrate strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  5. Be available for field visits and meetings as required
  1. Reporting Line

The Consultant will report directly to the Country Director, BRAC Liberia, and liaise with designated staff for logistical and technical support.
