KEEP is seeking quotation from qualified consultants to support the development of its 2nd Five-year Stragetic Plan through facilitating a 3-day Staff Retreat,
where the Draft Strategic Plan will be developed.
Inclusive in the plan will be a fundraising strategy, sustainbility plan and communications strategy. The consultant will also be required to provide suggestions on Board Engagement Strategies.
The consultant will also be expected to complete and submit a draft report within 2 weeks of the end of the Retreat, and a final document within 4 weeks of the completion of the Retreat.
Requirements:
Updated resume which outlines demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans as well as work shop facilitation skills.
Maximum 2-page summary on methodoldy for conducting the 3-day Staff Retreat.
