MISSION/CORE PURPOSE
The Controller, Enterprise Business Unit will contribute to the preparation and delivery of Enterprise Business Unit financial report and provide support to the Enterprise Business Unit Department.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing of all financial reports and close all transfer payment on the system
• Post-paid billing and reconciliation for client’s reconnection/ disconnection of all services when necessary
• Assist Provide timely daily revenue tracking and monthly revenue bookings
• Lead the development, awareness, and implementation of all surveys and research with in EBU
• Daily manage and oversight of field Representative
• Lead support team and manage hot Line and all associated issues
• Compile and submit commission reports
• Manage department OPEX and support on all Financial issues
• Prepare all Bid documents to support sales team
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accountant or person with Sales experience
