To own the Company’s Sales objectives, supervise the Sales Team and develop/maintain successful relationships within related industries.

Job DescriptionExecute sales strategy for the organisation to boost new business revenue and profitability

Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners

Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending “go or no-go” decisions

Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses

Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Contribute to new products/solutions design, development and delivery Manage the order-to-cash cycle, including PO Collection, Customer Acceptance and Invoicing and Payments

Responsible for bidding processes with support from Sales, Technical and Finance functions

Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget

Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

RequirementsQualifications

B.Sc. Degree in related courses

An MBA would be an added advantage

Minimum 6 years’ work experience in Sales role with at least two (2) in Telecoms environment
