Job Description:

We are seeking a serious-minded, hardworking, reliable, and competent individual to join our dynamic company. You will be responsible for helping the company to achieve its goals and targets. The County Manager is responsible for leading team members to deliver project(s),

managing resources, schedules, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery, and much more. As a successful Country Manager, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are also essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial for Country Managers.

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about the disabled community, young people, customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants should be physically fit and should be able to work irregular hours during the week and over weekends and public holidays.

Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Technically competent with various software programs

Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close

Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance

Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in an appropriate fields of study or equivalent work experience 6+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders or Senior Leadership

Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs

Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective

Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment

Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities
