Talwa HR Solutions (THRS) is recruiting on behalf of one of its Clients who operates in the Fin-Tech industry in Liberia. Our client offers a broad range of electronic financial solutions including international remittance, amongst others.
Our client business is rapidly growing in Liberia and is currently expanding in counties including Bong, Nimba, Montserrado, etc. Our Client is seeking qualified individuals to submit application for the following position:

JOB SUMMARY
The Distribution Channel Manager (DCM) position will play a pivotal role in driving and managing the Company’s growth through the expansion of its agents’ network across the country. The DCM manages the company’s agent network and is responsible for the availability of the Company’s services across its footprint.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENT / SPECIFICATION
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (Masters’ degree is an added advantage)
∙ Over five years of relevant sales experience in managing agent network and three (3) years in a management role.
∙ Effective team player and ability to manage a team.
∙ Good written and oral communication skills
∙ Must be confident, well-spoken, and possess the knowledge and ability to independently prepare management and board reports.
∙ Must be willing to travel to various counties across the Company’s footprint. ∙ Computer Literate

∙ Creative and innovative.
∙ Strong leadership skills.
∙ Should be persuasive and confident with high moral integrity.
∙ Strategic thinker who is risk-conscious, solution-oriented, and commercially aware.
