Favilla Inc. is seeking motivated Distribution Agents to expand the distribution of our improved charcoal cookstoves in Liberia. This is a fully commission-based contractor role, ideal for individuals with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and participate in stove demonstrations, promotional events, and community outreach activities to create demand and collect orders from individuals
• Identify and engage organizations (schools, companies, etc.) to facilitate stove distribution through salary deduction or bulk purchases
• Educate customers on the benefits of our stoves and ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, business development, or field marketing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with organizations
• Access to a smartphone for communication and reporting

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based – earnings depend on sales performance.
