Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to supply Ejo II Sporting materials for Elementary School]. The project is located at Grand Bassa, Buchanan.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link INTEND TO BID_Ejo Sporting Material
2. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link Supplier Information Form
3. The Intend to Bid Form can be picked up from the Mercy Corps Head Office and Mercy Corps Buchanan Field Offices.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by [February 28, 2025, Friday, noon] using one of the methods below.

1. Email the completed Intent to Bid Form to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.
2. Return the completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at the Mercy Corps office [Sophie Junction, Congo Town or Buchanan Office, God Bless You Hill]. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. It will be sent according to your preference in the Intent to Bid Form.
