ABOUT THE ELECTRICAL FOREMAN ROLE
The Electrical Foreman’s primary role is to oversee and manage all electrical projects and personnel effectively and safely, in coordination with the Electrical Head. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising all electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the Electrical Foreman must provide on-the-job training and instruction to all electrical personnel under their supervision. All responsibilities outlined below must be handled accurately, precisely, and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises all electrical work at MBI (Bungalows, administrative building, bottling plant, brewhouse, and fermenting hall….);
- Design maintenance and repair strategies, procedures, and methods;
- Read and interpret print, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports;
- Ensure all electrical tools and devices are in good working condition;
- Organized, supervised, and distributed the job in an orderly manner;
- Ensure all electricians are effective and, on their duties, and assigned posts;
- Ensure materials, and communicate reports daily with supervisors, ensure the workplace, installations, panels, and warehouse are in good condition, clean, and organized;
- Make sure the safety and health policies are applied;
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
- Confer with the Chief of Maintenance and repairs and/or HET and other maintenance personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, provide technical information and records
- Maintain, repair, and service all machinery and production equipment;
- Assemble, install, replace, modify, and adjust all types of electrical/ production equipment;
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults;
- In collaboration with engineers from overseas, lead the Electrical team in installing and commissioning new equipment and machinery;
- Supervise and assign the work of Electrical maintenance employees, inspect work for accuracy/completeness, participate in performing review and performance management;
- Coordinate all electrical, building, and facility maintenance and repair activities, ensure proper coordination between the electrician Team and mechanical Team maintenance and production (brewing and bottling);
- Ensure safety and operation regulations are strictly adhered to and in place to protect human life, machinery, and installations;
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed;
- Summary bookkeeping of every major machine and installation with ID-Information, used spare parts overview and monthly condition evaluation;
- Inventory and control tools, supplies, and materials for maintenance, estimate time and materials needed for work, request tools required;
- Perform internal quality audits and quality control;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- A Senior high graduate with vocational training knowledge

- Must be able to adapt to situations as the job demand
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and computer knowledge
- Good investigation and report written skills
