JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Electrical Forman

CLASSIFICATION: S 4

REPORT TO: Electrical Head

DEPARTMENT: Workshop

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises all electrical work at the Bungalows, administrative building,
• bottling plant, brewhouse and fermenting hall;
• Ensure all electrical tools and devices are in good working condition;
• Organized, supervised, and distributed the job in an orderly manner;
• Ensure all electricians are effective and, on their duties, and assigned posts;
• Ensure materials, and communicate reports daily with supervisors, ensure
• the workplace, installations, panels, and warehouse are in good condition,
• clean and organized;
• Make sure the safety and health policies are applied;
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATION (Education, Training, Experience, Skills):

• Professional appearance and disposition
• Vocational/technical training in electricity and electronic
• A Senior high graduate with vocational training knowledge
• Leadership skills, communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to read blueprint and mechanical drawings
• Must be able to adapt to situations as the job demand
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and computer knowledge
• Good investigation and report written skills
