Subject: RFQ Number: FY2418

Qualified Businesses should have an operational garage located within Monrovia and its environs. The scope of requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

• Service, Maintain and Repair all CRS vehicles to the highest standards.
• Accident Repairs (Panel Beat & Spray Paint) of all CRS vehicles when necessary to the highest standards.
• Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery Services.
• Monitoring Vehicle Servicing schedules.
• Supply and fix genuine spare parts for all Make/Models of CRS vehicles as necessary.
• Provide Upholstery Services when required.
• Diagnose and carry out all Auto-Electrics services to the highest standards.
• Supply and Fit vehicle tyres when requested.
• Provide detailed vehicle repair and maintenance reports on request.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial period of one (1) year with the option to extend for an additional period. After the closing date of this EOI, CRS anticipates issuing a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the goods and services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document. The complete details of qualification requirements will be provided in the solicitation document.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. CRS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this Request for EOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Vendors that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submission will receive the final tender solicitation documents.
