Safeguarding Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve BRAC’s goals of safeguarding.
  2. Act as a resource of support and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  3. Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  4. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Country Director, by handing information requests and performing clerical functions including taking and transcribing minute of the Country Management Team meetings.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform clerical duties, filing maintain and retrieving corporate documents
    • Photocopy, scanning and collating documents as needed.
    • Manage executive calendar schedules and act as liaison to executive team.
    • Handle confidential information, organizes and maintain files.
    • Help plan company event, meeting, and employee team building for special project.
    • Plan organize and implement event, such as meeting, business luncheon, or client dinner.
    • Prepare report, presentation and data as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
    • Prepare information and research for executive needs.
  • Arrange travel of staff, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangement needed.

Required Skills / Capacity:

  • Self-direct and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Answers phones and inquires, direct calls for executive team.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suit (Word- PowerPoint, email and use of internet.
  • Support Country office staff in other official duties where applicable.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 year experience in office work and administration assistance
  • Successful track record in office support services.
  • A very good communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of BRAC’s operational environment.
