Extension of Tender Notice for the supply of Local commodities for ILA school feeding Project.

Mercy Corps is seeking suppliers to provide local commodities (home-grown food) for the ILA school feeding Program. The location of these local commodities (Milled Rice, Palm Oil, Red Cowpeas, Plain Gari and Salt) should be based in Lofa, Nimba, Bong, Grand Bassa, Montserrado and Margibi.

If you are interested in submitting this tender, you will need to complete the Intent to Bid Form (ITB) and submit it according to the guidelines below. The forms are attached:

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form and the Supplier Informa Form on this link below or forms can be picked up at various offices which include;
2. Ganta SCIDA Office, Nimba County
3. Gbarnga, Save the Children Office Phebe, Bong County
4. Voinjama, EDUCARE Office, Lofa County
5. Kakata, Ministry of Education Office
6. Buchanan, Mercy Corps Field Office, God Bless You Hill, Grand Bassa
7. Montserrado, Mercy Corps Head Office, Sophie Junction Opposite SOS Medical Clinic

INTENT TO BID

SUPPLIER INFORMATION FORM(SIF)

2. Advert can be heard on local radio stations in the above-stated Counties.
3. Completed hard copies of Intent to Bid and Supplier Information forms should be filled out, signed stamped and delivered to the offices listed above by [Friday, 25^th of October 2024 at 4:30 pm Liberia Time] or emailed to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number on the envelope or email subject line.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid/Supplier Information Forms both hard and soft copies.
