We are looking for self-starter Field Operations Assistants to deliver the desired
customer service experience while also helping the Sales and Operations
Departments reach their targets. The goal is to drive service success that improves
customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
General Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches to agents
and shops
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Assist Territory Sales Manager in training and on-boarding of new agents
• Assist Territory Sales Manager in recruiting new agents and distributors
• Manage all on SHS installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions for all
agents in Western Area Districts
• Assist Territory Sales Manager in marketing/sales efforts
• Produce timely and detailed service reports to Territory Sales Manager/HQ
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with Easy Solar Liberia team and share information across the
organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate
recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers, community, and other Easy Solar
employees/agents
Qualifications
• Proven field service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• English literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
