Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Monrovia
Overview
TipMe Liberia (TipMe) is a new e-payment service provider launched in Liberia. We are building
a dynamic team of experts to help build and shape the mobile financial services market in
Liberia and beyond. TipMe is looking for competitive Field Sales Representatives to support the
Sales Department for a door-to-door activation campaign and customer activation exercise for
the period of three (3) months.

Responsibilities
▪ Recruit and onboard new customers
▪ Provide a vivid description of our
services and its benefits to the
customers
▪ Support the promotion of new services
and participate in direct marketing
activities
▪ Meet daily activation targets
▪ Provide a database of all customers
onboarded on daily basis
Skills/Competencies
▪ Excellent verbal communicator
▪ Competitive and confident
▪ Takes initiative and works on their
own to achieve targets
▪ Team player
▪ Knowledge of the industry and how
to use smartphones
Candidate Requirements
▪ Minimum: High School Diploma
▪ Field experience will be an advantage
▪ 20 years of age and above
▪ Must have a smartphone
