Job Title: Finance/HR Coordinator

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible to provide support to the finance, administrative and human resources functions of the Company. Improve and put in place systems, processes and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all files and, accounting and financial records
  • Maintain the accounting software
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Process all financial transactions
  • Prepare timely financial reports
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable, Payables and expenses
  • Monitor expenses, ensuring that they are sent in and approved in a timely manner
  • Create and Code invoices
  • Assist with human resource processes, performance management, termination, administration of payroll and benefits

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • BBA in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance related field
  • Knowledge in Human Resources Management
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks and other Accounting Software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication(Written and Oral) Skills
