Purpose
The Finance Manager is a key position responsible for supporting the Head of Finance in managing the day-to-day financial operations of BRAC Liberia. The role’s primary focus is on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial processes across all offices. The Finance Manager will oversee financial control systems, support budget management, lead team capacity-building, and act as a crucial link between the Country Office and field teams.

Experience: At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a not-for-profit or NGO environment.
