Job Title: Fleet Manager– Logistic Department

Location: Monrovia

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company’s fleet of vehicles. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and operated in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all local, cities, and government regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles
  • Manage vehicle inventory and ensure that all vehicles are properly registered and insured
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage a team of drivers and ensure that all drivers are properly trained and licensed
  • Track and analyze fleet performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and state regulations related to fleet management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Demands: The Fleet Manager may be required to lift and move heavy objects, such as tires or batteries, and may be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

Work Environment: The Fleet Manager will work primarily in an office environment, but may also be required to spend time in a garage or other outdoor locations. The Fleet Manager may be exposed to loud noises, fumes, and other hazards associated with working around vehicles.
