Key Duties/Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, drivers are well-trained, and all transportation activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations. The fleet supervisor is charged with following up on scheduled maintenance, and ensuring that all vehicles are safe and reliable. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Fleet Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure that transportation needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include monitoring vehicle and drivers performance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing driver schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with over 5 to 7 years of work experience in the transport sector or relevant professional experience.
Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to meet goals, set priorities and manage multiple tasks under minimum supervision in an effective and efficient manner. Intermediate/expert skills in Microsoft office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and respond to deadline without sacrificing quality, and
Fluency in English is required,
Ability to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
