INSTRUCTIONS
The bid documents are to be collected from Concern Buchanan Office, Otis Spot, Grand Bassa County or Concern Monrovia Office between 6th & 7th Streets, behind Home City Furniture Store, Sinkor, on Tubman Boulevard, opposite the Greenland Supermarket, Monrovia-Liberia. The items can be inspected at the Buchanan office from Thursday 19 th June 2025 – Wednesday 9 th July 2025. The daily inspection’s hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 4:00pm, and Fridays is 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Submission
Deadline Bids must be delivered to the Concern Buchanan or Monrovia Office on or before Wednesday, 9 th , July 2025 latest 12:30pm. Late bids, those not in sealed envelopes or incomplete, will be rejected. Concern will take no responsibility for bids not delivered directly to Concern’s Office.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives at the Concern Worldwide Monrovia Office, on Thursday 10th , July 2025 at 2:30pm.
Only bidders who have submitted an offer shall participate in the opening of the Bids.
Winning Bidders
Winning bidders will be notified on the 11 th , Friday, July 2025 and will have 3 days to make payment, failure to make payment will result in the next highest bidder being offered the Lot. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to pay the required government’s tax at LRA based upon the value paid and submit the original flag receipt to Concern Worldwide prior to the asset being handed over.
Canvassing by tenderer or by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification by the tender.
