FRONT LINE STAFF AND SERVERS – FOOD

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our
customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Line Serving, Product Preparation and Cleaning
Welcome and greet customers. Make all our customers feel comfortable
Explain our concepts
Suggest products to all customers; up sell Portion all fruits and toppings properly Maintain stocked front line (frozen fruits, bars, sorbet, fresh fruits, toppings, spoons,
napkins, all plastic and paper cups) Keep serving area and back end clean and uncluttered
Smile at all times and maintain visual contact with customers
Talk to customers and answer any questions regarding nutritional information
Replenish fruits and toppings
Handle product preparation including cutting fresh fruits and other morning items
At the end of the shift clean all receptacles and serving scoopers.
Clean tables and chairs
Keep windows and front of the store clean
Keep dipping cabinet and sneeze guard fronts clean
Sort all products in the store
Keep temperature control and write it down on provided control sheets outside of every
fridge, freezer and general storage
Perform inventory counts along with the manager
Organize all cleaning and paper supplies in the back room racking system
Empty all trashcans
Cash Register/POS
Maintain enough change at all times
Fill daily deposit report
Transfer sales data
Report any abnormality to Head Office
Double check sales against money received
Always smile at customers
Know the products sold as well as their prices
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail Basic math skills and ability to handle money Basic computer literacy
Ability to work a POS system
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds of frozen product
Ability to reach equipment Ability to smile and maintain eye contact
Strong ethical and moral code Ability to recommend products
