POSITION: Full Warehouse Operator

CLASSIFICATION: B A

REPORT TO: Bottling Plant Manager and Full Warehouse Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading or unloading of distributors’ orders and tracking every item/pallet for the entire order;

• Tracking of incoming invoice orders of all distributors, and customers;
• Supporting packaging line with forklift help;
• Clean/Organized warehouse through chalkboard and overall needs;
• Clean/Organized Surroundings of the Warehouse and loading Zones;
• Taking stock every evening and morning for balancing and accuracy;
• Accurately assemble customers’ orders from stock and place orders on pallets

to disburse;

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading;
• Be able to control the warehouse and its staff;
• Maintain superior quality control by ensuring damaged products are

identified, reported, and removed promptly;

• Maintain FIFO (First in First Out) procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS (Education, Training, Experience, Skills):

• High school graduate. Post-high school education and training will be a plus
• At least one year of warehousing or material handling experience
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a clerical position
• Flexible to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team
• Ability to pay close attention to details and meet deadlines
• A self-started, ability to take initiative and learn quickly
• Commitment to the goals of the company
• Willing to take responsibilities, work overtime and weekends
