LINC is preparing to respond to a new USAID funding opportunity, the five-year Liberia Data,
Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) activity. DELTA will support
USAID/Liberia mission teams to allow agility and adaptability in the dynamic development
context in Liberia, produce data-driven analyses to inform activity design and implementation,
maintain a performance management system, and support data calls and reporting
requirements that demand rapid assimilation and synthesis of various data points.

Gender and Inclusion Specialist
Responsibilities: Provide support, mentoring, and expert advice to the DELTA team, Liberian
stakeholders, and other USAID projects to ensure that gender and inclusion issues are
appropriately incorporated into activity design and implementation, and that necessary data is
tracked, monitored, and reported. Design and lead trainings to build gender capacity and
awareness.
Requirements: University degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 8 years’ experience
supporting gender and inclusion issues, ideally on donor-funded projects. A minimum of three
years’ experience training / facilitating large groups. Excellent planning, management, and
ability to work in teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse
staff and stakeholders. Able to travel throughout Liberia, as needed.
