POSITION SUMMARY
The General Manager is the principal executive officer of TMI, responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory stewardship across all institutional functions. The GM reports to the Board of Directors, serves as the primary link between the Board and management, and ensures TMI achieves its financial inclusion mission while maintaining full compliance with CBL regulations and IFRS.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
| Education | Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Economics (per CBL Regulation). Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA) in Finance or related field. |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years in the financial services sector (banking, microfinance, or NBCO). At least 3 years in a senior management role with accountability for financial performance and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of building or scaling a financial institution, preferably in Liberia or West Africa. |
| Technical Skills | Strong knowledge of CBL NBCO regulations; proficiency in financial analysis and IFRS reporting; familiarity with loan management and payroll-linked repayment systems. |
