Grants and Procurement Assistant
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the Grants and Procurement Assistant for the Improved Access to Safe Drinking Water in Liberia Activity; responsibilities, duties and qualifications are described in the attached position description.

POSITION TITLE: Grants and Procurement Assistant
LOCATION: Monrovia, Liberia

REPORTS TO: Grants and Procurement Manager
BACKGROUND:
Winrock is seeking candidates for a Grants and Procurement Assistant to implement day-to-day tasks related to the grants, sub-contracts, and procurement processes of the USAID Improved Access to Safe Drinking Water in Liberia Activity. The USAID/Liberia-funded Activity will strengthen water sector governance, create scalable models for equitable water service delivery, and mobilize collaborative action to improve access to clean water services. The purpose of the project is to move Liberians in Montserrado and Margibi counties to a basic level of water services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
