Easy Solar is a leading solar company in West Africa, distributing and financing high-quality solar products and appliances for those with limited or no access to the grid. Customers can finance their purchase over time by paying in weekly or monthly installments, with the option to pay via cash or mobile money. To date, Easy Solar has reached more than 500,000 users, distributed through its extensive network of agents and shops throughout Liberia and Sierra Leone.
The Position
Under the general supervision of the Group Head of People & Culture, the successful HR Manager will be expected to lead Easy Solar’s effort to design and implement programs for recruitment and retention, performance management, and professional development, amongst other things. They will provide support in the day to day employee relations activities for all Easy Solar employees across the country, in collaboration with the rest of the Human Resources Management Team. This role will provide business partnership and support to other divisions within Easy Solar. They will initiate and implement change management initiatives as well as communicate the ethos of Easy Solar’s values. The HR Management team will be expected to work within the provisions and frameworks of Liberia Labor Laws.
