Mission: To efficiently carry out the following:
In accordance with the above, the professional HRAdministrative Manager shall assumethe following
competencies:
Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Human ResourcesSystems
• Develop, Review and or Update human resource policies and procedures for recruitment
and management of national staff (terms & conditions of employment, grades, steps &
positions, salary structure, benefits, disciplinary procedures, termination).
• Ensurecompliance with local labor lawsand coordination with Ministry of Labor, Union.
• Conduct regular field travel to company premises (office, farms, mill, bulking) to review
human resources and administrative procedures and assist& support all departments in
their needsor ascertain human resource requirements. Appropriately support all emergency
personnel as required.
2. Recruitment and Staffing
• Organizestaffing needsas required. Identify and recruit new and replacement staff
including scheduling of contract extensions, new contracts, and necessaryterminations.
• Preparejob descriptions, terms of reference and submission of personnel requisitions in
coordination with Directors, CEO,CFO,VPSS,COO,Department Headsand Line
Managers/Supervisors.
• Prepare regular recruitment tracking reports.
3. Administration
• Organize asnecessaryvisa applications & immigration clearance procedures for
international personnel and visitors.
• Coordinate travel of international staff (itinerary, ticketing).
• Establish and maintain employment personnel files.

Core Competencies: Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership
and is able to support and train local and international staff
Communication Skills: Well developed written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate
clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to operate effectively under extreme circumstances including stress, high security risks and harsh
living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner.
Qualifications & Experience in human resources management and/or the associated field
• Bachelor Degree in business, management, human resource development and law degree
required
• Master Degree in business administration, labor relations, human resource administration or
organizational development preferred
• Demonstrate skills in human resources management.
• A sound knowledge of employment laws and human resources best practices.
• A good knowledge of contract employment.
• Experience and skills in recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of the Decent Work (DWA) of 2015 and NASSCORPRegulations
