The Impact You will Make

As our HRIS Officer with data expertise, you will bridge the gap between people and analytics. You won’t just manage HR Data processes—you’ll transfer and transform them. By combining your human touch with your ability to interpret and act on data, you’ll help us improve recruitment strategies, enhance employee engagement, and make evidence-based decisions that shape the future of our workforce and the HR Section.

Duties:

  • Assist with core HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment metrics, Return on Investment training to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and optimize HR databases and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Create insightful HR dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, ODOO, or Attend-HRM Database.
  • Partner with department heads to design data-informed workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectiveness through surveys and analytics.
  • Input all disciplinary actions into ODOO with recording dates and complaint-data code
  • Transfer all current data from Attend-HRM to ODOO

 

Expected Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, ODOO and Attend-HRM).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical Managers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • 2-3 years of Data & HRIS experience
  • Team-player and feedback orientated
