The Human Resource and Administrative Officer will provide support during staff recruitment, selection and exit processes, oversee induction of new staff, monitor staff performance management, professional development, Employee relations and manage staff information and reporting.

|Qualifications, skills and experience||Essential||Desirable|
|Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline||ü|
|CIPD Level 3 Foundation Award in HR Essentials or demonstrable relevant experience||ü|
|Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own workload to be able to deliver on time||ü|
|Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy||ü|
|Demonstrates an up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice||ü|
|Ability to establish good working relationships and strong communication skills||ü|
|Ability to work effectively to achieve individual and team goals||ü|
|Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint||ü|
|Experience of working in a not for profit organisation||ü|
|Experience of data entry and basic reporting from HR information systems||ü|
|Good presentation and facilitation skills for the dissemination of information||ü|
