POSITION: IN Expert
FUNCTION : Technology
FUNCTION SEGMENT : Roaming
Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for IREG testing
Troubleshooting of Roaming issues
Provide remote support to customers to use the roaming service.
Provide support to the Roaming Center
Monitor the TAP file transfer
MAIN ACTIVITIES
TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES:
Provide Assistance to Network Operating Center (NOC) and Value added service
(VAS)
IREG Collect traces for analysis
Perform Standard IR 24 & IR 35 tests with Common tests
Troubleshooting Orange subscribers abroad and roaming problems
Provide support to TADIG Technicians and Core Engineers
Work along with our SCCP in solving links issue
Administrative and organization activities:
– Generate and circulate daily report.
– Generate Qos report and circulate
POSITION’S CRITICAL DIMENSION
– Technical support to resolve Roaming issues
– Technical assistance to complete the new Roaming agreements.
SKILLS FOR THIS POSITION
– Quick in responding to the incidence and timely escalation.
– Knowledge in MS Office, Wireless technology and computer for reporting.
– Ability to work in shifts.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification : Technical Diploma or B.Sc. degree in Engineering
Requirement : Two or more years of work experience in Roaming
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
– Ability to achieve objectives in an environment of strong operational pressure – essential.
– Able to communicate clearly and concisely – essential.
– Experience of TADIG testing
