Job purpose:
The Warehouse & Logistics Internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual (female) to gain hands-on experience in warehouse
management, logistics operations, and supply chain procedures within a humanitarian organization. The intern will work under the direct supervision of the
Operations Manager to assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while supporting other operational and logistics tasks to ensure the smooth running of
Concern’s activities in Grand Bassa County.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management Support
Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and secure warehouse in accordance with Concern’s policies and procedures. Support in receiving goods, verifying
quantities and specifications against delivery notes or waybills. Learn and assist in proper stacking, labelling, and storage of supplies to avoid damage, loss, or
deterioration. Maintain accurate warehouse records using stock cards and other documentation. Assist in conducting regular physical stock counts and report any
discrepancies to the Operations Manager. Participate in preparing and updating stock reports, inventory registers, and other warehouse documentation.
Dispatch and Distribution Support
Assist in preparing goods for dispatch and ensure all relevant authorization and documentation (goods release forms, delivery notes, gate passes) are properly
completed. Support loading and unloading of vehicles and verify quantities during dispatch. Maintain accurate records of items dispatched, received, and transferred
between locations. Ensure that all distribution processes comply with Concern’s accountability and transparency standards.
Logistics and Operations Support
Assist the Operations Team with day-to-day logistics support, including procurement follow-up and documentation. Support in tracking fuel consumption, vehicle
movement, and generator usage. Help maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of warehouse and office facilities. Learn to coordinate with service
providers and support administrative aspects of logistics operations.
Experience & Qualification:
• Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in developing a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

The HR Admin Internship provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual (females) to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources and
Administrative operations within a humanitarian organization.
The intern will work closely with the Operations Team to support the daily functions of HR, administration, facility management, and mini store operations, while
developing essential workplace skills in organization, communication, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Administrative Support
Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential HR and administrative files. Support in preparing attendance sheets, leave trackers, and other HR documentation.
Participate in organizing staff meetings, trainings, and other team activities. Assist in drafting memos, letters, and other internal communications. Support
recruitment activities including sorting applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Maintain close contact with the staff health insurance
and timely update the company of staff needs.
Mini Store Management
Support the management of the office mini store by ensuring items are properly arranged, labeled, and recorded. Maintain stock records and assist in updating stock
cards and inventory reports. Support in issuing and receiving office consumables using approved documentation. Support with monitoring stock levels, report
shortages, and ensure safe and organized storage of supplies.
Facility and Asset Management
Assist in monitoring the condition of the office facilities, Team House and report maintenance needs to the Operations Manager. Support coordination with service
providers for routine repairs and maintenance. Help ensure the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the Buchanan office premises. Assist in tracking office
assets and updating the asset register.
Experience & Qualification:
• Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in developing a career in HR, administration, or operations management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job purpose:
The Finance Intern is a short-term position responsible for providing support to the Concern Liberia Finance Team. The Intern will support the Finance Team in
ensuring adherence to financial policies, donor policies and procedures, regulations, controls, and reporting systems. This position covers the Finance Officer in his
or her absence. This position reports directly to the Country Finance Controller.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance Department with a variety of monthly accounting tasks, which include the detailed preparation of reconciliation statements to ensure that all
financial records align accurately. This involves verifying and cross-referencing vouchers against the cashbook to maintain financial integrity. Organize and categorize
financial documentation systematically in accordance with the established filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when required. This entails correctly
labeling files, maintaining chronological order, and ensuring all records are updated promptly. Support the maintenance and regular updating of financial trackers,
ensuring they accurately reflect the current financial status. This may involve entering new transactions and checking for discrepancies. Collaborate closely with the
Finance Department to conduct thorough reviews and spot-checks of finance vouchers. This process helps identify inconsistencies or errors in the documentation and
ensures that all financial transactions are properly supported by the required documentation. Ensure that all necessary documentation for mobile money payments is
collected, verified, and properly filed. This includes maintaining records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures.
Verify that all statutory remittances are appropriately receipted and updated in the financial system. This includes tracking payments to LRA and ensuring timely
submissions to avoid penalties or legal issues. Actively participate in regular project management meetings, contributing financial insights and updates that are
pertinent to ongoing projects. This may involve preparing reports or presentations to communicate financial status to project teams. Undertake any other related
duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist in various finance-related tasks to support the overall functionality of the finance department.
Experience & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant degree

Responsibilities:
Support coordination with National Implementing Partners (NIPs) to strengthen collaborative planning, communication, and follow-up under ASPIRE, LIFE, and other
programmes. Assist in organising joint workshops, trainings, and reflection meetings that promote shared learning and partner leadership. Provide basic support to
WASH and Food Systems activities led by partners, including trainings, community sensitisation sessions, and field documentation. Support Accountability to
Affected Community (AAC) activities, including community engagement, feedback sessions, and documentation of concerns and actions taken. Assist Programme
Quality staff in documenting lessons learned, good practices, and learning outputs from partner-led activities. Support preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and
filing systems to improve transparency, information sharing, and partner accountability. Participate in field visits to support monitoring, learning, and follow-up with
partners and communities. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the Partnership Coordinator or Programme Director in support of localisation and programme
